Inform Business Services Ltd ("Inform Business") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy (together with Inform Business’ terms of use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data Inform Business collects from you, or that you provide to Inform Business, will be processed by Inform Business.  Please read the following carefully to understand Inform Business’ views and practices regarding your personal data and how Inform Business will treat it.

INFORMATION Inform Business MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
Inform Business may collect and process the following data about you.
•    Information that you provide by filling in forms on www.informbusiness.co.uk (the site) including information provided at the time of registering to use the site, subscribing to Inform Business’ services, posting material or requesting further services, information you provide when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Inform Business and/or when you report a problem with the site.
•    If you contact Inform Business, a record may be kept of that correspondence.
•    Information you provide in response to surveys that Inform Business uses for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
•    Details of transactions you carry out through the site and of the fulfilment of your orders.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIESInform Business may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet Inform Business’ costs in providing you with details of the information held about you.

Any changes Inform Business may make to its privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
